Official state and local public records remain subject to the North Carolina Public Records Act, Chapter 132, and other record-specific laws rather than these private-site terms.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it enforceable.
